SSAB and Parmaco team up to build the world’s first fossil-free steel concept building
HYBRIT Fossil-free steelSSAB and Parmaco have entered a fossil-free steel partnership, which includes an ambition to construct the world’s first concept building made of fossil-free steel in 2025. In this project, Parmaco intends to use pilot deliveries of fossil-free steel, developed with the HYBRIT[®] technology, throughout the entire structure. It would mark the first time all steel components in a building is made with SSAB’s fossil-free steel.

Eva Elfving appointed new Site and Production Manager at SSAB Borlänge
Borlänge Leadership CareersEva Elfving has been appointed new Site and Production Manager at SSAB Borlänge. She will take up her new role on November 1. Her most recent position was head of cold rolling in Borlänge and she will replace Mia Eriksson, who is moving on to become HR Director for Sweden in SSAB Europe.
