Duroxite® 100 elbow is a turn for the better

When you are pumping concrete or other abrasive slurries, Duroxite® 100 chromium carbide elbows outperforms other materials. Get the full details here.

Long-lasting performance proven

The abrasive effect of wet concrete changing direction in an elbow is no joke. Few materials stand up to such conditions. Duroxite® 100 elbow will, for a really long time. One tested application showed no visible or measurable wear on the elbows after two years of use and more than 20,000 m3 (26,159 yd3) of pumped concrete.

Wear resistance that goes deep

The hardfacing layer of chromium carbides inside a Duroxite® 100 elbow can withstand sliding wear from ballast at high velocities. The hardfacing carbide layer has a guaranteed wear resistance down to 75% of its thickness. A Duroxite® 100 elbow is seamless and has longitudinal welding beads to reduce turbulence.
