The next program will be starting in September/October 2025 with the application period usually opening between January and March.

Who are we looking for?​

  • Graduated within the last 24 months or soon to graduate with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Solid English skills
  • Good knowledge of the local language for the position you are applying for
  • Good communication and interaction skills
  • Good cultural awareness and willingness to work internationally
  • Flexibility and ability to handle rapidly changing conditions 
  • Ambition to drive development and improvement for both yourself and the company
  • Ability to see the big picture 
  • Excellent team player with a driven mindset
